Description

This blend of Viognier and roussanne with light oak is brimming with freshly harvested ripe peach and nectarines in a medium body but with some preserved pear and overripe guava coming through. Some tropical hints of tinned pineapple, honeyed and nutty notes with a zesty, slightly mineral finish with some ginger notes lending some length.

This has fresh cream and melted butter on the nose, a touch of honey and orchard fruits. It’s rich and rounded on the finish, with a good persistent nougat flavour.
