Description

Straw-yellow colour with metallic and greenish highlights. Refined, precise and well-concentrated aromas of honey, grass, and citrus peel (especially lime and grapefruit). In the mouth it is dry, with good body, acidity and persistence.

Serve with typical Romagna cuisine appetizers and first courses (piadina flatbread with cold cuts, fresh and slightly aged cheeses, etc.) egg-based dishes, and fish-based dishes.
